Every time I see Queen Mathilde of The Belgians, I'm struck yet again by her Elegance & Style, it's the kind that can't be taught or learnt & from what I've seen of her two Daughters they've inherited it as well. Both Queen Mathilde of the Belgians & Queen Mary of Denmark have it & it Elevates both of them to the Top of their Generation of Queen Consorts.

I was so saddened to hear of the fire at the Borsen Stock Exchange fire in Copenhagen. Like you, Alexandra, I think Copenhagen is a great place to visit. I remember this iconic and historic architectural symbol of Denmark. This will be a huge loss to the Danish people. So sad. The spire was something to see. 😢
The loss of the stock exchange building in Copenhagen has left the world poorer. I hope that it csn rise again like Notre Dame de Paris. The loss of art, artefacts and architecture is very sad.
Thanks for the pause on the tiaras! I’m a shorts and halter top type and hate getting all gussied up but I sure love it when other people do it!!! It’s become such a tragic world in the 20’s that the first thought I had at the burning of the Danish Stock Exchange wasn’t; What a shame, that gorgeous building, I hope no one is hurt BUT I hope it wasn’t terrorism! That should NEVER be anyone’s first thought! I wonder if Haakon is going to visit Pacific Lutheran University when in Seattle? It was started in the 1890’s by Norwegian immigrants and many Royal Norwegians have visited there including Haakons Grandfather.

First coverage: Grand duchess Maria Theresa of Luxembourg wore a black formal dress with a pink shawl with a the belgian scroll tiara on her head. Queen Matilde of The Belgians had on a blue sparkly formal dress and the Nine Provinces Tiara on her head. I love the Queen's Dress. I also love The Nine Provinces Tiara.

I didn't know Royals can share the same birthday the same birthday until now, plus that birthday tart looked delicious. Its seems like Grand Duke Henri was born few years before King Philippe. God bless them both to be 64 and 69🎂

Its the first time seeing the princess and she's pretty. Plus she's born on 2008 I was 10 years old back then and still in elementary school. She must have been an adorable newborn baby. Btw I had a small Sweet 16 birthday dinner with my family. Nothing big. Happy Sweet 16 Princess Eléonore of the Belgians.

She's 84 years old now, That's a blessing in itself. God bless you for her good health. The birthday girl has on a black jacket with a midi skirt and a pink Paisley top with kitten heels. She is with her sister Princess Beneditke, her son King Fredrik X, and Daughter in law Queen Mary. Princess Beneditke and Queen Mary are wearing blue and black outfits. Queen Mary has a Long coat and jumpsuit I think. The Princess has on a dress and blazer. The king has on a dark gray suit and a light blue shirt with a blue necktie. They're all waving to their people who are also wishing the queen happy birthday. She's well loved. Plus I argee that the doggy is so cute.

Ninth coverage: Now there's something positive, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden visiting The headquarters for new technology demonstrations.
Tenth coverage: Crown Prince Haakon of Norway in California, US for a offical visit. I didn't know that Norway, North California, Washington are allies that's amazing. The crown prince also attended a Technology festival and a seminar for suppliers and sustainability and AI. I bet the Crown Prince Haakon is fluent in English.

Finally some tiaras! It's going to be dueling tiaras between Queen Letizia and Queen Maxima. I do hope Queen Maxima's hair is done correctly, it's been looking bad of late and one would think she would have a traveling stylist being a queen and all??

I thought both women looked beautiful, Q.Mathilde looked beautiful in all outfits as well as G.D. Maria Theresa. I think these are some of M.T. better outfits , she looked GR8! There is no getting over that G.D. MT is a petite woman (height-wise) and Q.Mathilde is a statuesque woman, in ballet flats she still would have been taller, as well as the men, they towered over too. That said I think they all looked wonderful! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Q.Margrethe🎈🎂 her dog is cute lol, I think he/she was Prince Henriks dog and is a part of him (for her)🤗 Classy statement K.Frederik, glad no one was hurt. C.P. Haakon back in CA! He went to Cal-Tech @Berkley for a year, maybe 2 not sure. I was always wondering if 1 of his children might follow in his footsteps. C.P. Haakon used to speak of Berkeley CA quite a bit and M.M would half smile, half eye roll lol. Must have been his wild college days. Protesters in CA, it's like a job for them, ugh. On a side notel, I didn't realize that so much went on in Monaco- wow. Great job, TY Alexandra! 🤗
What is the difference between a movie star and a member of the royal family? I thought about this in my free time. It's rare for members of the imperial family to be as well-known around the world as movie stars, and there are so many restrictions that it's almost disgusting. They're doing great things like global warming and young people's mental health, but they're not doing enough to influence the political world. Shouldn't we be thinking about what we should do to make this happen? I wish more people would do what they are doing. So I think what you're doing is a step towards that. I wish you the best.

MT rocked her outfits and jewelry sets. Mathilde not as much. She could have worn lower heels and avoid towering over MT so much. The pictures look weird with the unbalanced heights. Sweet double bday celebration. I read Henry is making plans for abdication.
Queen Mathilde is quite tall I'm not even sure standing on a box would have helped HRH Maria Theresa much.
