Hay Tara😊 Girl menopause is no joke! I have been in menopause for 10 years after having a 10-pound tumor removal! Now off hormones, sweats, no sleep and anxiety. I will pray for us🤣🤣🤣

I'm so sorry that you've been depressed lately. I suffer from depression, as well, and definitely don't wish it on you. Menopause and perimenopause scares the crap out of me! Have you been to the doctor about possible medication to help with the mood swings? I'm not sure I have enough discipline to do a whole No Spend month! I guess I would first try a No Spend weekend, then a week, then two, etc. Sorry your card was compromised again 😰😭Wow, thanks for explaining all the health stuff.

Gurl… it’s crazy. Perimenopause menopause effects everyone differently. Most definitely, I always encourage my female patients to discuss these things with their moms their aunts… Because more than likely that whom you’re going to more represent going through the change.
I really don’t want to take a mood stabilizer, however, I am leaning towards it. Omg… them grand babies were a mess. 😂😂😂. Them and my son were all over the place. They’re in the same age group.

@@SavetheDaywithTara I'm adopted with no connection to my birth family (they're in the Philippines somewhere). My biggest fear is that it'll cause my bipolar 2 to go haywire! I don't want to put my husband through that! I'm researching it, though, to be on the lookout for signs.
I love that you have so much care for your patients that you do extra research and test things yourself. You're a diamond in the rough!
