IMPORTANCE OF CONTROLLING :--
1. Helps in achieving the organizational goals:- Controlling function make sure that everyone follows the plan or work is accomplished as per the plan and plan always aims at achieving organisational goals.
2. Judging the accuracy of standards:- In controlling function, manager compare the actual performance with the planned performance, and judge whether the standards are accurate or not.
3. Making efficient use of resources :- In Controlling function, manager ascertain whether the employees are performing the task correctly or not. Controlling function helps in making the efficient use of resources.
