I noticed a unique trend. Cities in mainland China, vietnam and South korea tend to have a lot of blinkering LED signboards/billboards. Whereas in Taiwan and Japan non-blinkering florescent billboards still dominate. Is there a cultural reason to this?
To inform foreign friends, China is dangerous at night, a note will not fat a few jins, because the streets the night market, barbecue, food, not to say, I went to a few laps
