thank you! 🩷I use Laguna B mix for this, it’s a ceramic clay and needs to be fired in a kiln. If you’re looking for an air dry clay I’ve heard good things about Amaco, Sculpd, and crockd!
It’s a ceramic glaze! I used ceramic clay for this and fired it in my kiln to 2232°F. If you’re trying this with air dry clay you can try to use a gloss varnish to make it shiny 😊
I actually struggled with the cat so much which is why I didn’t show it in the video😂 but I basically just draped a smaller circle over my thumb and then popped up the head a bit more and added ears and a tail!

ahh that’s a bummer! It may either be the brand of clay, the thickness of the clay, or how wet/dry it is - try experimenting with it and if that doesn’t work then maybe a different type of clay would work better!

I haven’t used much air dry clay but I think if you use a varnish it will make it glossy! I saw Sculpd has a version of it that looks pretty good
