None of us truly know if our generation (I'm the same age) will truly be the last. The Scripture says that the generation that sees ALL of these things (mentioned above that statement) will not pass away. This is not to say that we won't be, but there has to be a lot to happen yet. Many things have already happened. Here are some things that have not happened just yet: Matt 24:26-31 "26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather. 29 “Immediately after the distress of those days “ ‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’ 30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. " These come after the "Fig Tree branches get tender." If we see all of this, then yeah. We will be the generation. I will say that if we don't see them, then our children will.
@@christiansaint716 I agree actually. I think "when you see these things" refers back to what he had just said shortly before, "when you see the abomination of desolation...". That's the generation that will not pass away until everything is wrapped up. The fig tree parable here is explained by Jesus Himself "as this, so that" (as the fig tree indicates the soon coming of summer, in the same way when you see all these things, you know the King's coming to reign is very close.) So I don't connect the fig tree with Israel in this case, simply because Jesus gave the meaning of His own parable, so I don't feel we have to dig for another meaning. Am I wrong? Since the rebirth of Israel as promised in the Scriptures, things have been speeding up tremendously and everything is getting faster and faster now. The reason that a natural generation doesn't make any sense at all is b/c my great grandparents witnessed the rebirth of Israel, as did my parents, and we supposedly "witnessed" it b/c we were born by that time. All of my great grandparents are gone and 99% of my parent's generation are gone now and my generation is starting to fade now from age. None of us have seen the return of Christ just yet, but I agree that it will be VERY soon. Christ Himself promised that our day would be exactly a it was in the days of Noah; "every thought of every man was evil continually." That is a quote from Genesis. We're getting there FAST! Greetings to the Philippines from Florida, USA! Thank you for posting this video. I recently found Amir on TH-cam and have a lot of respect for him. I know we are close to Jesus returning. However, the time of His return does not seem to be as clear as Amir presents it in this message. Take a look at Luke 21:29-32: And he told them a parable: “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. As soon as they come out in leaf, you see for yourselves and know that the summer is already near. So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the kingdom of God is near. Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all has taken place. This passage adds "all the trees". The fig tree (Israel) and all the trees (the gentiles) will come out in leaf for us to know that we are a generation away from Jesus' return. It appears to mean that the fullness of God's universal church must be complete first. Perhaps there is a Great Awakening, a revival, and that is how we will see the other trees "come out in leaf". We will know more as time passes as these end times events unfold before our eyes! :)

Can you explain how Hebrews 10, written 1900+ years ago, was true in that day 1900 years ago? And also true now? Heb 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. How could they "see the day approaching" 1900 years ago when it clearly was not? Furthermore, using Amir's own words, they would have had to SEE Israel be scattered, then return and be made into a state again which did not happen until 1948. Makes no sense.

When Jesus said "this" generation....he was speaking to HIS generation. The fig tree represented the romans. Gods kingdom is inside of us.Its has already been done.

Wouldn’t a generation be, not from conception to death, but from conception to conception- from the time we are conceived to the time our children are conceived? If a grandparent, parent and child live in 1 house, we say that it is 3 generations living under 1 roof.
“ We who are alive and remain” Who are those that Paul is referring to here in these two verses? 1 Thes 4:15,17 “For this we declare to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, shall not precede those who have fallen asleep.” 17 “then we who are alive, who are left, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so we shall always be with the Lord.” What had the Lord taught the Apostles about when the coming of the Lord would be? “Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death before they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.” MT 16:28 And “When they persecute you in one town, flee to the next; for truly, I say to you, you will not have gone through all the towns of Israel, before the Son of man comes.” MT 10:23 And “Truly, I say to you, all this will come upon this generation.” MT 23:36 And “Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all these things take place.” MT 24:34 And who taught Paul his theology? “For I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not man’s gospel. 12 For I did not receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through a revelation of Jesus Christ.” Gal 1:11,12 So here we have just a few of the scriptures that clearly show, that all twelve of the Apostles, and then the last Apostle Paul, were ALL taught and proclaimed the prophetic word, that His coming would occur “in that generation,” “while some were still alive,” and “before that generation died out,” by the Master Himself! Jesus the Christ! So is there anything in scripture, that would lead any rational thinking person, that the coming of the Lord must come at some much later period of time in the far future relative to them? Not unless one wants to violate the word of God! So who was Paul writing to in his letter where he wrote, “we who are alive and remain?” Who was it addressed to? The Thessalonians in the first century. What was Paul's position on their soon coming future events? What was their hope? The coming of the Lord, and their rising to meet Him after those who had gone before them were coming with Him! And when had not only Paul, but ALL the Apostles and writers of the New Testament, proclaimed and taught as to when this event was to occur? Before that generation died out! In their lifetime! And what would the Thessalonians have understood that Paul was saying to THEM in his letter? That those of THEM who were still alive would witness and participate in the event! How could the word of God be more precisely and clearly proclaimed than what is on the pages of your bible!! How could God have expressed it any clearer or more succinct than how He has already done so? The last generation that would not pass away before the Coming of The Lord occurred was that last 1st century generation that was living at the time the Apostles wrote their New Testament texts! There can be no other meaning than the plain and clear one.

On one hand, obviously he was talking about his generation, the people who were listening to him, it was about them. If it was about us he would have mentioned a "shall" or some future reference. But on the other hand, generation includes the Age of Pisces, the two fishes -- the symbol of Christianity, or Jesus was a fisherman or the mayority of Apostles were also fishermen, representing the Age of Pisces, or Jesus did a fish miracle when he fed the people with 153 fishes. So, this generation can also be interpreted as the generation that forms the Age of Pisces which us now. So, it's an intentional play on words, vaguely said but includes everyone in the Age of Pisces.
The reason Peter and Paul didn’t see the budding of the fig tree is because Jesus had cursed the fig tree, which would be for 2,000 years, not cursing the Jews who could still choose to believe the gospel, but the Nation of Israel. It didn’t become a Nation again for 2,000 years. But now we see the budging is the fig tree again as predicted in prophecy. Which tells us we who are now alive will not all pass away before He comes!

This is a vision that I had on September 1, 2021 when I was sitting on my sundeck and enjoying the sun when suddenly this golden transparent sheet appeared about on my lap. There was thousands of multicoloured tiny lights all over the sheet it was transparent so I could see through it but it had a kind of a golden sheen to it as I was sitting there considering what was happening . I was not thinking it was a vision so I looked around to see where this if something was reflecting all these lights it was so surprising to me . So as I looked at the sheet and there was thousands of these tiny little light all multicoloured lights all the colours of the rainbow and as I was watching all these coloured lights and they were extending out beyond my lap and after about a minute this sheet rose up into the air about a foot and it stayed in the air for about 20 seconds and then all of a sudden Shoosh it it just left almost like it was being propelled outwards and it didn't just disappear it just went out and up like a rocket and it was gone . I had asked the Lord in prayer if the rapture was going to take place this year in 2021 and this was two days after I prayed and the Lord answered my prayer with a vision and I have I've had visions numerous times throughout my life but I haven't had one in many many years, but I had one this time and in 2021, so that's that's my vision and so I believe that the rapture is going to happen in the year 2021 I believe it's going to happen on on the true feast of trumpets which is October 7 th to 9 th . Also the Holy Spirit gave an experience years ago and spoke to me in an addible voice that I could hear and told me that God the fathers time is not always my time but his time was from 3 to 6 am in the morning. Brothers and sisters I didn’t know if I should share this with anyone but I believe that I was prompted to share.

Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. This generation is talking about the nation of Israel the Jews (not the gentile’s) from May 14th 1948 to May 14th 2018. (That’s not a coincidence) That Jerusalem is again the capital city of Israel. Jerusalem was announced again the capital city of Israel on May 14th 2018. (When the US moved they embassy there) Wow that’s exactly to the dot 70 years (A Biblical Generation) God restored the world in 6 day’s (the number of man is 6 because he was created on day 6) and rested on the 7th day. Seven ( 7 )for God is complete. That means from now on, no one can take Israel from the Jews and if they try, God will fight for them . This is getting Israel ready for the millennial kingdom. (The King is absent for now, His in heaven) We live in the dispensation of the Church, when the Church is caught out (the rapture) then the King will come. Just like in the six (6) day war Israel wins against the Arab countries. and God rested on the 7th day just like the time of Joshua. For salvation, people just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in the water and of the spirit. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is. We must obey the gospel, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ... Matthew 7:21-23, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT a man be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD. We can't come up with our own gospel. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, They continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. There were a special reason why the people only reached 70 years and 80 years at the most. This was the reason "For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled. Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret [sins] in the light of thy countenance. (Psalm: 90 : 7-8). Moses on the other hand who was weeping about his people became 120 years old, and we do have a very clear explanation about how long a generation is in the bible: "And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land [that is] not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them “four hundred years”; And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance. And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age. But “in the fourth generation” they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites [is] not yet full. (Genesis 15 : 13-16). So here is the math: "400 years and in the fourth generation". A generation in the bible must therefor be 100 years+ The people Moses weeped over, lived under the condemnation of God, and that was the reason why they only got 70-80 years old. And Moses became 120 years old.
More scriptural evidence that we are approaching the end of time: The genealogies aren’t there just to give you a headache. They’re there for a reason and the years are precise. It gives you a timeline up from Adam to Jesus plus 2000 years after Jesus comes to about 6000 years. This may be what the entire point of the Sabbath foreshadows. In revelation it mentions the millennial kingdom, a thousand years, the “seventh day”? Perhaps, idk. I do know that Genesis 6:3 mentions that mans days are 120 years. 120 Jubilee years is 6000 which is around the time we’re living right now and the signs are all over the place. Also the number 40 is significant in Scripture as a time of testing. The Israelites were in the wilderness for 40 years until they entered the promised land once they were rescued from Egypt . Once Jesus died for our sins, say around 30 AD, ...40 Jubilee years from then would be around 2030. (Though we have just entered the actual 40th Jubilee since Christ year starting in 2017.) I truly believe what happened in the OT is a foreshadow of what’s to come. Plus something for to put into consideration: The Third Day “on the third day he will raise us up, that we may live before him.” Hosea 6:2 "Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their garments and be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.” Exodus 19:10-11 “"Prepare your provisions, for within three days you are to pass over this Jordan to go in to take possession of the land that the Lord your God is giving you to possess.'"” Joshua 1:11 “I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and in three days I will build another, not made with hands.” (We are the temple of God as believers; the body of Christ.) Mark 14:58 “And he said to them, "Go and tell that fox, 'Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I finish my course.” Luke 13:32 “On the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.” (We will also have a wedding ceremony with Christ when He comes back to get us) John 2:1 “On the third day Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the king's palace, in front of the king's quarters, while the king was sitting on his royal throne inside the throne room opposite the entrance to the palace.” Esther 5:1 “And God said, "Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear." And it was so.” Genesis 1:9 (the third day of creation) “Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up." (Assuming Jesus died around 30AD, the beginning of the third day after the temple (His body) was destroyed would be around 2030 AD. John 2:19 “But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.” 2 Peter 3:8-9 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” (Happening today thanks to internet and technology) Matthew 24:14 We’ve already lived through “2 days” since Christ died. Could the third day be the Millennial Kingdom? We are now entering the “third day” and signs are all over the place as the Bible says they will be at the end of time. Just speculation. 🤔🤔🤔

None of us truly know if our generation (I'm the same age) will truly be the last. The Scripture says that the generation that sees ALL of these things (mentioned above that statement) will not pass away. This is not to say that we won't be, but there has to be a lot to happen yet. Many things have already happened. Here are some things that have not happened just yet:
Matt 24:26-31 "26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather. 29 “Immediately after the distress of those days “ ‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’ 30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. "
These come after the "Fig Tree branches get tender." If we see all of this, then yeah. We will be the generation. I will say that if we don't see them, then our children will.
@@christiansaint716 I agree actually. I think "when you see these things" refers back to what he had just said shortly before, "when you see the abomination of desolation...". That's the generation that will not pass away until everything is wrapped up. The fig tree parable here is explained by Jesus Himself "as this, so that" (as the fig tree indicates the soon coming of summer, in the same way when you see all these things, you know the King's coming to reign is very close.) So I don't connect the fig tree with Israel in this case, simply because Jesus gave the meaning of His own parable, so I don't feel we have to dig for another meaning. Am I wrong? Look, it would be great if brother Amir is right. 8 more years and we'll know! 😊

Since the rebirth of Israel as promised in the Scriptures, things have been speeding up tremendously and everything is getting faster and faster now. The reason that a natural generation doesn't make any sense at all is b/c my great grandparents witnessed the rebirth of Israel, as did my parents, and we supposedly "witnessed" it b/c we were born by that time. All of my great grandparents are gone and 99% of my parent's generation are gone now and my generation is starting to fade now from age. None of us have seen the return of Christ just yet, but I agree that it will be VERY soon. Christ Himself promised that our day would be exactly a it was in the days of Noah; "every thought of every man was evil continually." That is a quote from Genesis. We're getting there FAST! We are definitely also seeing many men claim to be "Christ."
@@christiansaint716 Christ is referring to his second coming, not the rapture. The Bride of Christ (all true believers in Christ) will be raptured before the 7 year tribulation, which are most of the signs he mentioned in this discourse.

Greetings to the Philippines from Florida, USA! Thank you for posting this video. I recently found Amir on TH-cam and have a lot of respect for him. I know we are close to Jesus returning. However, the time of His return does not seem to be as clear as Amir presents it in this message. Take a look at Luke 21:29-32: And he told them a parable: “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. As soon as they come out in leaf, you see for yourselves and know that the summer is already near. So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the kingdom of God is near. Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all has taken place.
This passage adds "all the trees". The fig tree (Israel) and all the trees (the gentiles) will come out in leaf for us to know that we are a generation away from Jesus' return. It appears to mean that the fullness of God's universal church must be complete first. Perhaps there is a Great Awakening, a revival, and that is how we will see the other trees "come out in leaf". We will know more as time passes as these end times events unfold before our eyes! :)

What had the Lord taught the Apostles about when the coming of the Lord would be?
“Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death before they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.” MT 16:28
And “When they persecute you in one town, flee to the next; for truly, I say to you, you will not have gone through all the towns of Israel, before the Son of man comes.” MT 10:23
And “Truly, I say to you, all this will come upon this generation.” MT 23:36
And “Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all these things take place.” MT 24:34
And who taught Paul his theology? “For I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not man’s gospel. 12 For I did not receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through a revelation of Jesus Christ.” Gal 1:11,12
So here we have just a few of the scriptures that clearly show, that all twelve of the Apostles, and then the last Apostle Paul, were ALL taught and proclaimed the prophetic word, that His coming would occur “in that generation,” “while some were still alive,” and “before that generation died out,” by the Master Himself! Jesus the Christ! So is there anything in scripture, that would lead any rational thinking person, that the coming of the Lord must come at some much later period of time in the far future relative to them? Not unless one wants to violate the word of God!
So who was Paul writing to in his letter where he wrote, “we who are alive and remain?” Who was it addressed to? The Thessalonians in the first century. What was Paul's position on their soon coming future events? What was their hope? The coming of the Lord, and their rising to meet Him after those who had gone before them were coming with Him! And when had not only Paul, but ALL the Apostles and writers of the New Testament, proclaimed and taught as to when this event was to occur? Before that generation died out! In their lifetime! And what would the Thessalonians have understood that Paul was saying to THEM in his letter? That those of THEM who were still alive would witness and participate in the event!
How could the word of God be more precisely and clearly proclaimed than what is on the pages of your bible!! How could God have expressed it any clearer or more succinct than how He has already done so? The last generation that would not pass away before the Coming of The Lord occurred was that last 1st century generation that was living at the time the Apostles wrote their New Testament texts! There can be no other meaning than the plain and clear one.

On one hand, obviously he was talking about his generation, the people who were listening to him, it was about them.
If it was about us he would have mentioned a "shall" or some future reference. But on the other hand, generation includes the Age of Pisces, the two fishes -- the symbol of Christianity, or Jesus was a fisherman or the mayority of Apostles were also fishermen, representing the Age of Pisces, or Jesus did a fish miracle when he fed the people with 153 fishes. So, this generation can also be interpreted as the generation that forms the Age of Pisces which us now.
So, it's an intentional play on words, vaguely said but includes everyone in the Age of Pisces.
The reason Peter and Paul didn’t see the budding of the fig tree is because Jesus had cursed the fig tree, which would be for 2,000 years, not cursing the Jews who could still choose to believe the gospel, but the Nation of Israel. It didn’t become a Nation again for 2,000 years. But now we see the budging is the fig tree again as predicted in prophecy. Which tells us we who are now alive will not all pass away before He comes!

This is a vision that I had on September 1, 2021 when I was sitting on my sundeck and enjoying the sun when suddenly this golden transparent sheet appeared about on my lap. There was thousands of multicoloured tiny lights all over the sheet it was transparent so I could see through it but it had a kind of a golden sheen to it as I was sitting there considering what was happening .
I was not thinking it was a vision so I looked around to see where this if something was reflecting all these lights it was so surprising to me . So as I looked at the sheet and there was thousands of these tiny little light all multicoloured lights all the colours of the rainbow and as I was watching
all these coloured lights and they were extending out beyond my lap and after about a minute this sheet rose up into the air about a foot and it stayed in the air for about 20 seconds and then all of a sudden Shoosh it it just left almost like it was being propelled outwards and it didn't just disappear it just went out and up like a rocket and it was gone . I had asked the Lord in prayer if the rapture was going to take place this year in 2021 and this was two days after I prayed and the Lord answered my prayer with a vision and I have I've had visions numerous times throughout my life but I haven't had one in many many years, but I had one this time and in 2021, so that's that's my vision and so I believe that the rapture is going to happen in the year 2021 I believe it's going to happen on on the true feast of trumpets which is October 7 th to 9 th . Also the Holy Spirit gave an experience years ago and spoke to me in an addible voice that I could hear and told me that God the fathers time is not always my time but his time was from 3 to 6 am in the morning. Brothers and sisters I didn’t know if I should share this with anyone but I believe that I was prompted to share.

For salvation, people just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in the water and of the spirit. Here's why! There were a special reason why the people only reached 70 years and 80 years at the most. This was the reason "For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled. Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret [sins] in the light of thy countenance. (Psalm: 90 : 7-8). Moses on the other hand who was weeping about his people became 120 years old, and we do have a very clear explanation about how long a generation is in the bible: "And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land [that is] not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them “four hundred years”; And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance. And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age. But “in the fourth generation” they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites [is] not yet full. (Genesis 15 : 13-16).
So here is the math: "400 years and in the fourth generation". A generation in the bible must therefor be 100 years+
The people Moses weeped over, lived under the condemnation of God, and that was the reason why they only got 70-80 years old.
And Moses became 120 years old.

More scriptural evidence that we are approaching the end of time:
The genealogies aren’t there just to give you a headache. They’re there for a reason and the years are precise. It gives you a timeline up from Adam to Jesus plus 2000 years after Jesus comes to about 6000 years. This may be what the entire point of the Sabbath foreshadows. In revelation it mentions the millennial kingdom, a thousand years, the “seventh day”? Perhaps, idk. I do know that Genesis 6:3 mentions that mans days are 120 years. 120 Jubilee years is 6000 which is around the time we’re living right now and the signs are all over the place. Also the number 40 is significant in Scripture as a time of testing. The Israelites were in the wilderness for 40 years until they entered the promised land once they were rescued from Egypt . Once Jesus died for our sins, say around 30 AD, ...40 Jubilee years from then would be around 2030. (Though we have just entered the actual 40th Jubilee since Christ year starting in 2017.) I truly believe what happened in the OT is a foreshadow of what’s to come. Plus something for to put into consideration:

it used to be said a generation was 40 years, taking 'the time' out to 1988. When that came and went, the idea of 70 years was proposed; hence 2018. Now that has come and gone Amir has solved the problem by quoting a Psalm to stretch it out to 80 years. Hence 2028. Nine years left; mark Amir's prophecy in your diaries. Jesus disciples knew that He was talking about THEIR generation. On His way to the cross Jesus made it clear (Luke 23:28) 'Jesus turned and said to them, "Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me; weep for yourselves and for your children'. He was talking about the ensuing 40 years, leading up to the judgement of 70AD.
