TODAY'S RECIPE IS Rose Milk Tres Leches Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
MILK - 1/4 CUP
PINK FOOD COLOR
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
CURD - 1/2 CUP (substitute 1/2 cup condensed milk or 2 eggs)
OIL - 1/4 CUP
ROSE SYRUP - 1 TBP
FLOUR/MAIDA - 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
MILK - 1/2 CUP
CONDENSED MILK - 1/2 CUP
HEAVY CREAM CREAM - 1/2 CUP
WHIPPING CREAM - 1/2 CUP
PISTACHIOS & ROSE PETALS
if you are using condensed milk instead of curd then add 1/4 cup sugar
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Omg i tried dis ...awesome ...mouthering delicious ...my hubby is nt dat fond of rose flavor ..bt he ate almost half of it in one go😁..
I used eggs instead of curd....n used rooh afza ..thnk u fo d awesome recipe.
Did you beat the eggs or just add everything like video?
@@aathumusa9533 yes i used 2 eggs.. separated d yolk and whites of egg ...den beat d whites to foamy consistency ...den folded d whites at d last step of cake batter batter

@@geethak9292 i live in UAE i used rooh afza bought it from grocery store, you too wil get it in grocery store or amazon.
I recommend using proper rose syrup rather than rooh afza as rooh afza hs a paan like after taste which few dont like
I tried this,it was superb
I added Hershey's strawberry syrup instead of pink colour and it's came out good🙂

Made this for my wife on mothers day. I wasn't sure if the cake was going to be too rich, but the whipped cream added a perfect balance. Loved it. Will definitely make it again..
I tried it today for my mom's birthday it was too good just a bit more sweet
So whoever is going to try it do add less sugar as it gets too sweet already bcz of syrup,milkmaid n whip cream

Perfect taste and beautifully garnished.. we dont even need pink food colour.. i used roohafza ..everything was just perfect just the last part of milk, cream,milkmaid and roohafza was too sweet together ..so use it in less quantity when u pour it on the cake ..
Did you add cornflour too ? I am not sure how will it taste ?? And you added curd or eggs ?
