Morn Scott🌅. Just watching this video now. Had grandkids the past week. So precious, The end Build result = close up of hummingbirds 👍💕 well done grasshopper 🐍!!
Love these beautiful little birds. Love the way you care for them! What a lovely view you have of them feeding! Thank you for sharing this great product with us.
Wonderful video. I have one similar to the one you reviewed in my window in my apartment. and I absolutely love it so precious those little birds are! Thanks for a great video.
I purchased this one. Any recommendations on how to get the hummers to come around? I’ve had one around the last few years but don’t see it as much anymore. I put this up last week and haven’t seen him near it once.
There are tons of reasons you may not being seeing a hummingbirds at your feeder. I would recommend getting another regular hummingbird feeder that hangs and put it somewhere else in your yard and plant some plants they like around your yard like Lupine, BeeBalm, or Lily. Hopefully this will entice them more to come to your yard and once you see them again. See if they make it to your window feeder, and if so, you can take the other one down. Here is an article with more details birdwatchinghq. com / attracting- hummingbirds/
We had one of these and finally took it down after one hit the window really hard. Luckily my husband moved it to a safe place and put some sugar water near it while it recovered from its stun.
@@shelleymack1659 Thanks, that made my decision for me. Hung another feeder in the garden instead of at my window. I hate when I hear a bird hit the side of the house. I have those deterrent decals on all my woods facing windows. They seem to work.
@@shelleymack1659 Found out only recently that the sticker life span (effectiveness) is only 6 months so I was dependent on them way past their life expectancy.
@@anniedugan9397 Wow. I had no idea they wear out. It looks like different decals last for different lengths of time and also may depend on how much direct sunlight they get. Sadly, I don't remember the company that ours come from, but they are about 3 years old. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I wish we had hummingbirds in the UK! cool video Scott
Thank you!

Try planting some zinnias, Echinacea, and sunflowers. They like passionflowers, but those are really invasive for me.

What about hummers hitting window???

@@anniedugan9397 We have those stickers, too. Apparently not close enough to the hummingbird window feeder, however...
