In this video, I am going to share the difference between ChatGPT and Elicit. Both software use GPT-3 and can be used for research. However, ChatGPT is a generic pre-trained model, whereas Elicit has been specifically fine-tuned for specific research-related tasks, such as finding and summarizing research articles. Therefore, we are going to compare ChatGPT ability vs. Elicits.
You will find that while ChatGPT will make up research articles, all of Elicit's research articles are real because it comes from the Semantic Scholar database. Then, like ChatGPT, you can ask Elicit specific questions and summaries of an article and get more accurate information than ChatGPT.

    100% with you on this!
I use Bing AI for grammar, spelling, rewriting, and alternative sentences but elicit for research!

It depends on what version of GPT you using. Version ChatGPT with GPT-4 model gives quite good results in searching real existing literature.

Could you please do a video about the best AI tools for grammar and spelling? I am using Grammar, but I am not happy. My last papers I checked with ChatGPT but I am not confident about, recently I discovery the Trinka, do you know it?

Are you suggesting GitHub Copilot? Is really did not understand what you were referencing at 8:11. I figured out TLDR This but was uncertain as to the former. When I turned on CC it states that you are saying: "something like size bases co-pilot...". Would you kindly clarify?

Is Scispace Copilot better than Elicit when answering specific questions based on the paper like limitations, future work, methodology etc?

On a specific paper, I would say yes. If you want to do many papers at the same time, I would use Elicit.
