my mother walked out on me when I was 9 years old and now she doesn't have anything to do with me and she lives just 30 minute drive north of where I live and Im not allowed to have just a simple phone number so I can call her when I need a mothers advice she doesn't remember when my birthday is but she is more than happy to spend time with my older brother's and my sister but I'm not invited to family gatherings and the last time I went to see her 11 years ago so I could introduce her to my fiance and she wouldn't even let her through the doorway of her house and know that my fiance passed away 2 years later less than 90 days before we was getting married she didn't have the decency to at least send flowers or any kind of condolences for my loss and yes it hurts me
same tbh. i don't even what's keeping me alive, maybe a false illusion that i'll at some point in my life leave my mom and live a happy life but i highly doubt that
