  • This man defies the world to stand for what he truly loves doing, that is to dance. And dance one of India's most coveted forms- Bharatnatyam.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations).

What a wonderful dancer! Excellent foot work: precision of the steps, elegance of the movement of hands, good abhinaya and admirable poise; these qualities have come together in a harmonious way to make him a dancer who stands out among dancers. It's quite true that having passion for the art, whether it's singing, playing instruments or dancing, is not only important but also crucial. Having passion makes all the difference; it gives the art an extra dimension.

Charles congrats to you,i belief this natyam will bring you to places. If people like Ramli iBrahim from Malaysia can excel, why cant indian.FYI Ramli is muslim malay Malaysian.Simply cause of passion he took B.natyam and Oddisi to a different level.
What i would like to suggest to you is, to put importance to stage setting, lighting and using of proper props and most importantly learn to choreograph for international audience, take care

Chinese or Nepali boy doing Bharatanatyam seems to be his main USP. Nothing more. He talks a lot and a lot of nonsense at that. Having passion is one thing but working for it is another. This guy seems like the type who just talk more and do less. His dance is very mediocre. Wonder which guru he went to?!

People like you out there having a very narrow mentality really works us up.. because jealousy smells all over. Because you are mind-blown about his journey and passion its totally understandable that you hate how cud he and how you couldn't being a southy..
