sick of these noobs

Routine of Public rooms in NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered...
Before saying useless thing in comment section, i would like to say that i know that some people cannot really keep up against some players that has high speed paces... but i got some question for you noobs of this game, if you watch this video, can you actually answer me ? 'cause i don't understand what you all doing (of course this video doesn't show all highlights for questions i actually have) :
1) Teamkilling is that much fun or how is that ?
2) What is the meaning of exploring the map during a Most Wanted match ?
3) Why joining a lobby if it is just to be AFK 10 seconds after joining it ? (Do not tell me the game let you join itself, you hold a controller and you are the one who joins it)
4) Have you got your license ? Or do you know in which direction you should turn in which corner ? (Because Turning left in a right corner will be a bit complicated if you do this way)
5) Busting the 1st player you ecounter is that necessary ? So you let 1 cop being alone against 3 other players ?
6) When you are a cop and your teammate is busting a crashed racer, why smashing your cop teammate ?
7) When you are Most Wanted, why turning around while some cops are chasing you ? Aside from being an idiot, i don't know how i can see that.
I might have some other questions that i don't remember at the moment, but seriously i don't know what is wrong with your brain folks really...
(P.S : No i am not considering myself as the strongest player or anything, i'm far away from being at this place, but what is making me real sick of this game is seeing some guys ruining the fun by acting very VERY stupidly as they have -500 IQ, you real need to use your head sometimes)
