- Chevrolet (GM) is taking a bold step into the future with the debut of its Corvette E-Ray, the first-ever hybrid Corvette produced in its Bowling Green, Kentucky factory.
Among the E-Ray's most prominent features include front-wheel drive powered by an electric motor, in addition to the traditional V8 engine in the rear, and boasting over 650 horsepower capable of reaching 0-to-60 miles per hour in 2.5 seconds.
Priced around $105,000, the E-Ray aims to offer Corvette enthusiasts a thrilling hybrid option. Yahoo Finance Senior Reporter Pras Subramanian is along for the ride as he test-drives the E-Ray and breaks down its specs.

Continuous, regular ERay production starts Monday, January 8th. I've been waiting over a year for this, so it's very exciting! 💥
Is the Zr1 still in the books
I like how they show a 488 when discussing the 296.
For what it's worth, this is the C8 I want. It's the 911 Turbo of the lineup.
Looks awesome!
Amazing. Clean, Powerful, Quiet, Clean and Coooooooool!

It is very disingenuous that no one is talking about you can't stealth mode under 50-degree weather.
