Your words at the beginning of the video inspired me to write a song. I was going to make it a heavy metal song, but decided that soft rock would be better because girls will also buy the 8-track and record. It's heating up again, good racing. We got a car that's too wide to pass, but could run fast on a fully open track. Gotta take the split sections into account as well.

I have watched several random videos from here and I'm just curious if there has been any time that more cars finished than not? It just seems there are way more DNF's than cars actually crossing the finish line. 😆
For sure there are. It's mostly based on the casting chosen. Most Vipers have larger rear wheels and smaller front wheels. This causes a lot more chaos. Castings with same size wheels and lower center of gravity, like Mercury Cougars or Buick Regals, do very well. They run straight and land flat after the jump. It's all part of the puzzle that builders have to figure out. Also, most DNFs occur during the first 4 videos as these first rounds weed out the chaotic builds. Normally, the quarter-finals thru the finals there are much fewer DNFs because these cars that advanced have better builds. So, if you prefer less chaos, check out any tournament titled round 5 and later thru the finals.
I think I remember another time a racer gor stuck in the starting blocks,maybe Mr Darq. For clarification, If a racer gets stuck repeatedly, are we seeing the first take of that lap?
