I have been looking for mnemonics for the "new" recovery drills. This is the ONLY video I was able to find that covers them. Thank you big sarge!!!!

You're very welcome. I thought about it and remembered when I was an instructor. Many of my troops always asked about this. Thanks for the love!

How can we remember if we are supposed to say change position, ready, stretch… or starting position move, ready stretch?
    Does this make sense?

I would say the "change position, ready, stretch" is a given. What we typically taught in BLC was for the student to take their time and use this as a prompting tool. Like with land navigation we use hidden, ranch, salad, dressing...something like that. Thanks for at least leaving a comment.

Understand the Army Writing Style (active voice). Know APA format, I think they threw Land Nav in there too. Take your time with all of your assignments, use grammarly (for corrections) and do not plagiarize. Use the time to practice for the PT session and drill and ceremony wisely. Good Luck.

I will get on that one. Are you just trying to get a walk through or "ways to remember"? Thanks for tuning in.
