Great issue raised, I feel going into this field doesn't have to be for the lucrative part of alone, there should be interest and passion in the path of the teacher then encouragement and motivation should set in from the school management or government. I am a teacher in Nigeria teaching Cultural and Creative Art for junior school and will love to extend my impact remotely or in your country if given the opportunity. Sorry also 45,000 a year is not enough for the amount of education required
