Restful Head and Ear Massage - ASMR

- This is a head and ear massage for a guy who has short hair.
This video features one of my really good friends who has some nerve damage. Therefore, I couldn't touch his neck or shoulders without possibly hurting him. So, instead I focused on the top of his head and ears. He has thick hair so it made it really easy to grab a hold of and really move his scalp. I don't massage too many of my guy friends, so I hope you enjoy this one!
I tried shooting this video from two different angles although I'm not sure if I liked how it turned out. Feel free to let me know if you liked it or not. Oh, and I really didn't mean to record my gut... but... well, please ignore it. I'm still working on losing the baby fat. :)
Up next... hair playing massage for a girl who has medium long hair. I think it turned out quite nice and hopefully you'll see it next month!
After that... oh, yeah... you'll just have to wait. Muahahaha... (that's an evil laugh if you can't tell)
Oh yes yes yes, can't forget to mention that I'm not a professional. My intent is to see how many computers/smart phones short out from the drool coming out of your mouth as your head rests on the keyboard/screen after you have fallen asleep while watching this video. :)

I LOVE ASMR massage. Don't ever listen to the negative comments. It's clear you are a sweetheart and I think it's cool that you love relaxing people. I like the oil/head and scalp part 2 vid the most right now. But lately, I close my eyes and simply listen to your voice describing the massage. Soooooooo nice. Thank you:)

I watched it when it came out 13 years ago, and I still watch it in December of 2024.
There is something so hypnotic and peaceful about your videos. It's very hard to explain. The best way I can articulate it, is by saying that the periods of silence in your videos are like there are silent machines pumping out fumes which instantly make me drowsy. But I'm also hanging on every word that you say. The way your fingers move through the man's hair is so wonderfully serene that it too makes me sleepy. Keep it up! :)
Perfect combination: great physical technique and incredibly relaxing voiceover. You're incredible--so glad I found this channel.

There’s no shortage of good watchable massage videos. What makes yours stand out? I believe it’s your voiceover. Your style of narration is very mellow and well-modulated. The brief comments, sort of interspersed throughout the footage just add to the whole relaxation-inducing mood. I also like your imagery. “Piano-playing.” “Shampooing motion.” This is photographic in its vividness.
when i can't sleep i watch your videos .... extremely relaxing puts me right to sleep :)

@asmrmassage I like your voice, it's the most relaxing part of it all in my opinion! LOL I could listen to this without watching it and still feel incredibly relaxed.
I like the angle of the camera because it shows WHAT the hands are doing. I need to see the persons face less and the massagers hands, more. :) Great job! I'm ready for bed now!
I'd pass out at right around 6:20.
When people rub or mess with my ears, it puts me out. It's like my narcolepsy button.
You put out great videos. You know makes it more better. Have your camera/ subject by a window looking out or if you have a patio or a good outdoor setting, do that outside. Depends on the season and weather. Come spring time that be a perfect time for your massage outside.

One definition of ASMR is this: "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs." When I'm watching massage videos, that's the sensation that I'm after. I hope that my videos do that for others!

Heck if you were local to me, I'd find out where you were so I could see you. With my messed up back problems, Lord knows I could use all the free help I can get!! My health insurance doesn't cover massages (I'm on NYS Medicaid, through a local health insurance non-profit group that holds a contract with the state to provide a health care plan for Medicaid patients), so anyway God Bless you and your family, nice to see someone who doesn't put the dollar ahead of helping those who suffer.
