You’re too good at this for her, mentally and physically. You won because you are a superior fighter to her. What a great video to show my little guys who are wayyy to competitive and would have reacted instead of staying calm and composed like you did. I think it would be fun to see Joanna and the squad do the conditioning you were doing at the beginning (jumping over the little hurdles on one leg etc) as video! That would be too funny! Yesss it gets super dirty!! Especially sitting on competition floors, sweating and kicking people 😂 I also can’t wash clothes right. All my whites turn grey or the colours run haha

We always used hair spray on our feet to help counter the slippery mats
