Cant see Elon Musk wanting to buy up Liverpool. This is simply because in whatever companies he buys, the criteria is to be able to make tons of money. Everyone knows football clubs dont make a lot of money. In fact, even big clubs like Man United, Chelsea, Arsenal, reports yearly losses. Liverpool is probably the only exception...they do report yearly profits but not enough to convince Elon to buy up the club. So, end of the story.

Top might sell Leicester at a reasonable price…. The club has bags of potential…. Won more prem trophies than arsenal , Tottenham, Newcastle, Aston Villa in the last 20 years , plenty of room to build a new state of the art 60 thousand stadium, to create revenue for players…. And a massive support, not just in Leicester, but in Thailand, where they have the Thai foxes and many more fans around the world….might be worth a go🦊🦊🦊

As a Liverpool fan I really don't want him to buy the club because the next thing he'll change name, the logo and slogan 'you'll never work alone'
Why would Liverpool fans not want the richest man in the world to buy them ?
That’s a very personal statement from a Sky Sport Journalist. Taking on a political view rather than Sports view. Skysports monopoly and cornering of the sports market since the 1990s leaves a lot to be desired. Let’s have a proper sports coverage please
Couldn’t be more wrong Elon musk is Top E
If he buys the club, I'm definitely not a supporter anymore.
byeeee
don't let the door hit you on the ar.e on the way out 😊
Why wouldn't we accept him?? We will definitely embrace him
Fit and proper person test!
Who are these people?
We need Elon Musk, as he is not a cheapskate like FSG! His grandmother is born in Liverpool, so he has scouser roots!
But bro he will be buying left and right
I would rather have a financially responsible owner in FSG then room buying players for no reason is stupid you don't want a man U or Chelsea situation or be like man city then get 115 charges later on
@sisale0 you have no ambition. Go and support Utd.
Finally someone knows the truth. Musk could easily buy Isak and dominate the league for years and years
you absolute whopper, Musk is a right wing nut and a Man U fan. You aint no LFC fan
He's got that right .. Liverpool supporters won't let it
Liverpool fan here. However his behaviour over the recent weeks demonising Muslims across the world in order to play a long game of deregulation for his businesses, alongside his interference in UK politics and support of reform UK (NHS killers) is despicable. He is the antithesis of the ethics of Shankly, the reason I support Liverpool.
Don't let this joker destroy the club.
"It shouldn't just be down to the Liverpool supporters" Well it really should.. it's OUR club.. not some old American, if the supporters wanted them out truly, because they was a threat to the club, we would have them out by the end of the day. John is just the man putting the money we don't have into the club, nothing more. It's our club and always will be. Football is for the fans.
Fit and proper persons test shouldnt be an issue considering theres two oil states whose human rights record are questionable already owning two premier league clubs
People from Liverpool can get in the local general sale very easily. For the rest of us Liverpool fans worldwide, the money isn't even the issue, or the travel, because the club don't let us on the ticket scheme in the first place. A lot of locals have no idea how lucky they are to even be allowed to buy tickets from the club in the first place. I might as well have a stadium ban!
😂😂 locals don’t have tickets for Liverpool matches it’s all foreign supporters so your talking rubbish
@Wayne-R- You think you have it bad protesting about prices? Us global fans have to pay 3x the amount from touts as we can't get tickets from the Club
@gabrielpurves7156 same at every club you don’t get them any cheaper if you live here unless you know somebody who has a season ticket but isn’t going the match
@@Wayne-R- there was a news article about a guy who waited 27 YEARS for a Liverpool season ticket - Everton's waiting list is 4 years
@gabrielpurves7156 😂😂 Everton’s isn’t 4 years at all so carry on lad you will never come to Liverpool never mind go to anfield to see the club you support 😂😂😂🤦🏼♂️
How are we certain that Elon will preserve the rich history and culture of the club?
Liverpool FC is more than just a brand!
De Bruyne was a liverpool faithful growing up, did he play for Liverpool?
I’m so thankful I came on this comment section and saw the comments I wanted to see. This was used by Sky as an Elon Musk bashing charade and to try and call him out as the speaker of non truths. It’s failed miserably.
Kindly don't kill the beautiful game and an amazing club. Please don't destroy
Thanks for your impartial, unbiased an un-politically motivated appraisal of this news item.
Edit: As a Liverpool supporter, _I would love it if he bought us._
Where did this story come from?
I'd let him do it as long he doesn't do a Mike Ashley and splash logo and brands all over the stadium
He would make Liverpool one of the richest owned clubs on the planet.
As a Chelsea fan, this wouldnt seem like a bad move... Also I trust Elon Musk more than Sky
Can someone please explain to me what all the comments mentioning Sky and misinformation are about?
I live under a rock
Kaveh - telling it like it is, pulling no punches x
I saw the thumbnail and thought this was fake news.
It doesn't make sense? What about if the club is reeling in huge debts??
A man United fan that wants United to be bought by a Saudi but wants LFC supporters to reject Elon Musk 😂😂😂…
I don’t think you can say ‘the vast majority of fans wouldn’t have this’. That’s a bold statement.
Elon musk spoke more truth in the last 12months than sky ever has
As a Liverpool supporter of 40 years I would love Musk as The owner. Wow!
Signing of the century!
You’re no Liverpool supporter if you’d sell the club to this devil
@ I don’t want my club to go woke and that wouldn’t happen with Musk but as things are 🤷🏿♂️
Plus I’d love to see Liverpool compete financially with the likes of Newcastle, PSG, Real Madrid etc. I don’t want the club to stagnate.
you absolute whopper, Musk is a right wing nut and a Man U fan. You aint no LFC fan
@@GrahamKaali How exactly can a club go woke ? Isnt Liverpool antiracist and against dicrimination already??? How would they go more "woke"? You think theyll hire a female coach for PR... You think the companies actually care about wokeness more then their profits? They pretend being "woke" because they are not and they think people are dumb enogh to fall for it. Same thing as pride month
Why do you think he would be any good, money means nothing , ffp stopped that, he would be likely to take the club to USA. what would you do then ? He could actually do that. He would certainly join a European super league, think before you express an opinion.
please don't, it's not a company like Tesla, it's a football club. I don't think it would be good for the club and I don't want him to rename Liverpool to X.
That is nonsense Liverpool fans dont have a say they didnt want Hicks and Gillet and the fans couldn't do anything about it
If Elon M. Will buy a club like liverpool then that would be totally wrong because he is someone who can buy any 22 best players in then world to make his team keep wining every games and cups....
In my opinion he should buy a small team to build it to be able to compete with bigger teams...
Posible alineación del Liverpool 2025-2027:
-Dibu Martinez
-Curtuois
-Virgil Van Dijk
-Jules Koundé
-A. Rudiguer
-Marquiños
-E. Militao
-Lisandro Martínez
-Ficticius Jr. 😂
-Marc Casadó
-Alphonso Davies
-Jodi Alba
-Dyvala
-Dani Carvajal
-Raphiña
-Lamine Yamal
-Erling Haland
-Kilian Mbaclé 😂
-Lionel Messi
-Phill Foden
Total €. 2'000.000.000
Elon is not buying Liverpool. Just because his "no contact" dad says so does not make it fact. I will believe it when Musk speaks out about it himself
Liverpool is a well oiled machine, but FSG need to start investing a bit more to take us to the pinnacle
If Elon wants to buy Liverpool FC no one would stop him
I don’t want Elon Musk, BUT I Want his money!!! - If that makes sense!!!😂
Would be a dream Elon owning Liverpool but will never happen unless he massively overpays.
Wow very good news.
I hope Tekechi FSG, who don't even want to pay the salaries of big contributors like Salah and Dijk, will sell the club to Elon soon.
Sky will put out any garbage for attention
as a lfc fans i am more than happie to make elon the new owner i just can t stay with fsg anymore i want it to go to somone who wille by us some players so we can continue being the best
He has no regard for people...as an LFC fan...I don't want him to be associated with us
Yeah, he only donates 100s of millions to charity. I'm sure that you do so much more to help people...
@@Mikehowarth1988 That doesn't mean anything especially with how much he gets in return from most of those charities through tax. So technically not very charitable based when they whole point of it is not expected anything in return.
This is would be like the Rev Ian Paisley buying up Celtic FC, as much chance as United being champions again
But players who grew up supporting Man U do play for Liverpool when they become professional
NO DIS INFO PLEASE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
He would buy whatever he wants😂
We don't know wha ttruth is anymore. Before 2020, the mainstream media ALWAYS told us 100% truth👍
Elon musk money can buy any club. He is the king now. Good Luck.
Then why are you even talking about it if he’s never came out to speak about that matter? It’s like you want to spread false information or you want him to do the opposite of what you’re saying.
And a massive support, not just in Leicester, but in Thailand, where they have the Thai foxes and many more fans around the world….might be worth a go🦊🦊🦊
This is Elons vilian arc. Liverpool will reject him, so he'll just buy Everton for 1/4 of the price, sack half the board, rebuild the club just to beat Liverpool
All the RS supporters on here wanting Elon to buy the club have never been to Liverpool never mind a match 😂😂💙
LFC fans wouldn't even let him buy Everton.....
I'm from Seaforth and I'd have him as an owner. Richer than even Sheik Mansour...
How many years is it now?
Focus on championship next season Wayne, don't worry he ain't coming near that tinpot club in blue
@@TheShipsCat-ef6yw doesn’t matter how much money he has got he can’t spend it, you can tell you don’t go the match mate 😉
