That first photo looked something like Newhaven Marine and Newhaven Harbour

intercity will not go to vicotoria harbour or abbey road because of the fact it isn't electrified and the class 90 uses OHLE. this is also evident in the victoria harbour sneak peek which shows no evidence of that branch getting electrified.
