I didn’t know that I had Anxiety disorder for many years. Believe me it drives you nuts not knowing what is wrong with you. I used to feel something running in my veins and also nerves pulling in my urinary bladder. I had to go to pee every few minutes. It took almost 7 doctors, many many tests and 6 years to know the issue. Since I am from small city it is hard to find an experienced doctor. I was lucky enough that a doctor from major city visited my place who knew right away my issue and listed to me and recommended a doctor who is currently treating me. Now I feel 100 time better. A doctor like you who listens to patients like that is hard to find here is my place. Love and respect. Keep doing good job.
I can competely relate with her. When you are in pain for so much time and can't able to figure out the root cause of your problem you behave like this. I pray for her good health.
This is a clear case of mental trauma and somatiform disorder due to abuse. The doctor is very calm and understanding. In India we do not acknowledge mental disorders but its a real issue and can run havoc into ones life. I hope the lady gets a psychiatric consultation and proper emotional guidance to come out of the trauma and anxiety.
But she is explaining some issues which are causing a discomfort in her face...if what she is saying is true i would be as anxious as she is rn...only septoplasty and some work on the windpipe can't address her problems if they are real

Ela parece, extremamente, ansiosa.
I wish her the best but she needs to consult a psychologist. It's probably due to a trauma she might have faced due to her husband's abuse in the past.
No man, not always it is psychological. When doctors can't diagnose what the problem is, they start to declare their pateints as mentally disturbed and send them to psychologist. But there are lot of things beyond one's knowledge and it needs a very seasoned/ knowledgeable doctor to identify the patient's actual problem. I have been in that situation and i know it. People will get to know only when they experience it.
@@mohanlakshmisha i completely agree with you but as she already mentioned he had done lot of scans, 3d scan whatever in US and here this doctor also did the scan but nothing such comes up. So doctor can't diagnose problems if nothing comes up under test.

Mam please understand the difference between mental health disorder n mental health issue, mental health disorders are genetic or can be chronic emotional issues not looked into in the right time, mental health issue can be faced by anyone, seemingly normal people can also have mental health issues, there is a difference between simple flu and Corona flu, both are flu but have different levels of severity n you need a doctor or medicine any way for the two to feel at ease, its important to understand if you go through any kind if abuse - physical, verbal , minor or major it can lead to a mental health issue or a mental health disorder depending upon the severity, the frequency, the time it was tolerated and the overwhelm that abuse caused a person. We are no one to judge that this experience is severe n this is not, one experience can be severe for one person n similar experience can be mild for another, it depends on various factors like, upbringing, trauma, genetics and many more. So keep it in mind considering a psychologist or a psychiatrist does not make you mad or crazy, you are taking an experts help just to become a better version of yourself , just like you may take a sports coach's help to become better at tennis or cricket, so does taking help from a professional at the right time make you crazy or mad? PLEASE PLEASE STOP THE STIGMA ATTACHED TO MENTAL HEALTH. Mental health is as important as physical health.
Firstly I would salute Doctor for being that much patient inspite of knowing that what all she said was just imaginary or you can say just a feeling which is because of her mental trauma..Being a doctor what I could understand is,she went through an excessive stress and anxiety and she feels the tingling and tightness when she is severely anxious.Sometimes due to TMJ tenderness also people feel that tightness all over the face and sometimes head and neck region too...
She is also in depression, because of facing multiple problems at a time, at least she should take chelated magnesium of some branded company like doctors best which can calm her down.
Except for several that nearly let my mother die when she got staph infection in her bone marrow. The doctors told her that her pain was imagined and not real. At the time she was only 37. It took 2.5 years, five surgeries in three different hospitals before one special doctor finally discovered it by not following protocol. He left her sample from surgery sit in the lab until it did something instead of throwing it out after three days. It took seven days before the sample could be tested. Mom was on antibiotics for awhile then on probiotics for 18 months to help her system recover. She's now 89 years old.
I don't think she will ever be completely satisfied no matter what the result may be. It's just a feeling.. Btw you're such an amazing and patient person, Dr Sunil! 👌🙏
