I didn't hear what she said at first, but then I listened and it made what he said so sweet! He really loves his duck. We have ducks that live on our complex in a huge lagoon like pond and they are a constant source of entertainment. We've watched them grow up from babies generation after generation, they've walked beside us in the parking lot, followed us to our apartments if they think we have food, do fly-bys in pairs at our upstairs windows ai 3:am in the summers, once in a while, they'll splash land in the resident pool while everyone is swimming, then climb out and sit on a lawn chair. They understand they're not supposed to be in that pool area so that's a rare treat and we always hope for it! I've lived here 20 years and the ducks are a large part of why I stay😁

I think Tony might genuinely be one of the only influencers I've ever seen that gets a whacky pet that doesn't end up getting rid of or abandoning it. It appears at least on the surface he genuinely really loves that duck. 😂 And I love that for him.

I don’t think it will ever heal if it’s really arthritis. Not walking would be the best thing, not extra swimming. When someone suggested she swim they probably mean she should be swimming rather than walking on her feet. I would make a huge pond with a river around the house so she could travel the property by swimming. The only other thing would be anti inflammatory, pain, and arthritis meds. Swimming probably strengthens some muscles that could help keep pressure off her joints but it won’t be enough.
I imagine since shes a pet duck she spends more time walking with her owner that she would otherwise be flying or swimming in the wild not wearing out her foot bones. She may also be living longer than the average duck and thats why arthritis but idk her age. We may be able to surmise that if you have a pet duck, and they walk more than not, they will be arthritis prone. The alligators are worrisome tho. I can’t imagine swimming my duck so it can have quality of life to instantly having no life because of a bs gator 🐊

as someone who has arthritis since i was 8 yrs old im 27 now and arthritis doesnt really heal at all but swimming does help take pressure off the joints to help with pain
