Sorry for some bad shots I was trying to use the 3D glasses over my camera so that there wasn't a double image. At the beginning when I fiirst use it thats where its a little bad but it gets better. Than ks for your understanding.
Experience Dark Kastle with this Complete HD Experience that includes the pre show and ride designed by Falcons Treehouse LLC. This ride is comparable to Transformers The Ride or the Amazing Adventures Of Spiderman. This ride is loacated at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Thank you for recording the ending. After the ride is over. I always laugh at the contrast between Ludwig wanting to brutally murder you and wanting you to carefully leave tbe ride.
I have a theory. You don't actually begin your tour of Darkastle at Darkastle. No, your haunted adventure begins at Verbolten. Hear me out here. You get into your car at Verbolten and enter the Black Forest like usual- except this time, you don't escape. Well, at least not immediately. Because your car breaks down inside the Forest. You and your party somehow make it to Darkastle, survive your encounter with Ludwig, and flee the castle. Then you find your car, and it miraculously starts, carrying you out of the Forest and back to civilization and safety.

Me and my gf were stuck at this ride during a rainstorm back in 2012. We rode this ride 7 times in a row until the weather let up. It was great!

I was born in the year 2000, so I was around 6-9 when I rode this ride. Watching this as a 19 year old still brings out the nostalgic fear in me😂
I LOVED the Darkastle!!!!! It was the most best ride I've ever been on!!!!! Whoever thought of the Darkastle must be AWESOME!!!!!!

The first I went on this it scared the crap out of me. Now it's fun!
Such a memorable and iconic ride. It was definitely of the most unique experiences at Busch Gardens Williamsburg-sad to see it go!

I remember the year Darkastle opened, they had werewolves jumping out at the outside queue during Howl-O-Scream
D00M4G3DD0N I was a smol bean when it opened and I remember one of the werewolves scared me and I cried
They also had fantastic mannequin actors who posed as statues along the wait line.
And they had the mist fans but they ran extra cold water through them to make the area cooler than the reat, just like they did for Alpengeist when it first opened. Such effort into storytelling in rides is sorely missed.
this is my favorite ride lol. i miss the one ( i think it was called luck of the irish?) where you're supposed to have shrunken and you're carried around in a box... at some point you're riding on a horse and fall down a mountain or something. i loved that when i was little. anyone remember it?

First time on it- thought I was scarred for life. 2nd time- it was okay. 3rd time- it's fun! The only parts I don't like is when the knives and arrows come out. Oh, and especially the wolf! This ride is soooooooooooo fun.

It's been almost 8 years since the last time I went to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA and I never got on this ride. Next month, hopefully I'll ride it.

I had a blast here at bush gardens Williamsburg Virginia !!!! I only live 3 hours away from bush gardens theme !!! I went on this ride it was pretty scary but alot of fun !!! I went on all 5 roller coasters alot of them was my first time on the bigger roller coasters !!!

putting the 3D glasses over the camera lens doesn't make it look cooler it just makes it harder to see the ride.

This was my favorite ride in the park. You could tell how much they put into this ride and it's almost as good as Universal's. Darcoaster

LOVE THIS RIDE
Loved this ride but sadly had to ride it without the glasses. As soon as I watched the first scene with the glasses my eyes and head hurt so bad I had to take them off. The ride wasn't bad without the glasses though which was good!

I just went on this ride today and it was so boring it's basically just a bunch of spinning and a random spray in the face with water at the end.
