With a smaller weight you shouldn't experience any issues with slipping, but if you are using weight over 1/2oz you may consider using more than one punch stop to keep it in place.
Try using multiple punch stops that are made for thin diameter lines. If you are using a 3/4oz weight, you may want to consider using heavier line so the punch stops have a better chance of holding the sinker more securely.
The best way to reuse them is to slide them up your line before cutting off your lure. After a punch stop is snipped from your main line, they are virtually impossible to re-thread back on.
@@TackleWarehouse yeah, I was just wondering if there were any ways to rethread them back onto the wires they came from or anything else, rather than keeping them on your main line. Thanks for the info though.
I also use a used(preferably 12+#) bobber stop to push it over my worm or ewg hooks (barb and all it will stretch trust me) and up to the 90° bend by yhe eye... Makes a great super glue free keeper for Elaztec products that want to slide down the hook!
Hopefully I ordered the right stop’s

How does one cast your c rig or split shot rig without the rig sliding down by the hook eye.

I actually learned something. How I tried swivels or double hooked dropshotting before a finesse bobber stop Carolina rig I'll never know.
Good tips, thank you

And if your really in a pinch take a toothpick push into the weight works also
Can u reuse the bobber stop? How do u load it back to the flurocarbon line after you take it off?
Thank you for sharing, I will be trying all of the ways you showed us today.

What size punch stop do you recommend for 6 lb braided line throwing three quarter ounce slider

I wet my line before sliding the bobber up my line, otherwise it can heat up and damage the line.
thank you for these tips I will be buying some of these from tackle ware house soon
Punch stops are highly versatile, a great addition to any tackle box!
What is that in-line spinner rig officially called?
