I bought mine but it's defective, I carry out the procedure, it gives an error message, but it doesn't change the health. Do you have any configuration? It just keeps showing the unknown message. Detail I've seen countless videos that when we turn off the equipment with w09 it switches from popup to NoPopup and that's not happening on mine.
