Try to solve problems every day, like ask yourself how will you solve a problem if I'm in this situation, how will I solve it etc. there is a great youtuber called ProjectElon, he has offered best memorization techniques and making learning more fun and more positive. @@ian11111 hey! It's been 3 years since I've started listening to it so I needn't listen everyday but when I do, it's around 5 to 6 times. As for the results, I've become a really fast reader, I have a super sharp memory (can even remember page numbers unintentionally), make witty remarks when I feel like, don't care much about grades and studying for exams..just do the bare minimum but still score really well effortlessly, became more interested in math, good intuition and iq tests seem easy.
However, I still do have moments of brain lag.💢

I always watched other people and always thought "how are they so smart?", " why can`t i be intellegent enough to figure this out?" ~drink atleast 6-8 glasses of water everyday
~listen with a fresh mind and try to distinguish any negative thoughts
~if you can't get rid of negative thoughts, search for akuo's flush and listen, it helps.
~put some efforts into studying. your results will not come magically. Try to solve problems every day,
like ask yourself how will you solve a problem if I'm in this situation, how will I solve it etc.
