THIS WORKS!!! I started listening to this daily with earbuds either while just doing housework or sometimes I just sit on my bed listening to it. If I'm alone I'll repeat what he says, if I have people around me or if I'm working on something, I just have it playing & won't repeat it.

It will restructure your neuro paths and makes your mind open to those opportunities which you may not see if you would not listen affirmations.

@@Qplyypersonally I like this idea of immunity. Supposedly we have random thoughts, but it's those we hold onto and verbalize that can be detrimental. With intention we can become more aware of the random thoughts and choose to challenge negative chatter to rewrite our inner script. Meanwhile, I think this line of immunity is a nice idea.
