This really depends on the website business you buy. But you can learn how to run and grow the site from the previous buyer and follow their steps. Or you can do some SEO or Digital marketing, but either way it would be smart to have someone help you (like a mentor or VA or even both..)

Truthfully, I haven't worked on it enough and I put a lot of focus on my website Farmhousegoals.com instead. However, I still earned a profit from the website over the past year, so it has been a good investment. My plan is to grow it more over the next several months so I can increase the earnings.

I haven't worked on it too much just yet, but I plan to increase/improve the content over the next 6-12 months and I will work on the website 2-3 hours per day. It will take time, but this website has a lot of potential.

Muhammad, on Google Keyword Planner you need to add your keywords to a campaign, set up the higher price for CPC then you'll see the exact volume. If you don't know how to provide it. There is another tool called Ubersuggest. This tool shows this metric and many others.

nah you own it so you need to maintain it. this means paying hosting fees, handling orders, etc.

If you send seo traffic to a website you will get sales for free... you do not need that level of tracking to have success.
Use UTM-tags and set up them on Google Search Analytics. I have one tool on my website.

When you sell a website, you sell the domain too. All files have to be transferred to the new owner on his personal hosting account.
