I work for the NHS and got a critical illness insurance cover with A private insurance Company. I was told that if I work for the NHS I don’t need to have this cover. Should I stop paying for the this insurance?
You should definitely check what your benefits in kind are at work. If you already have some form of this cover there is the possibility of dual insurance which means you could get a refund of your premiums. Well worth looking into

You'll have to make regular payments to repay the loan,. Please note the borrowed amount is subtracted from the policy's cash value, therefore it is likely to affect the Policy value and death benefits
