    Only if a good amount of folks do what you teach, just imagine how many millionaires we already have or will have in the future. I have been looking at similar opportunities. As Warren Buffet noted, he has witnessed this occur frequently. Never did my husband and I make more money than others in the middle class. With a $250k stock portfolio, we intend to retire at age 58. Never have we ever sold even one share of stock...

      I already own shares of Tattooed Chefs and Kairos Minerals, and I'll buy some Corsair as well. Sure, I don't mind having these equities sit around for a few years, but I'd also like to appreciate short-term profitable investments that could, say, turn $50K into $200K.

      I've worked with a few different financial advisors, but I ultimately chose Jenny Pamogas Canaya because she seems to be very thorough and knowledgeable about the financial market. I have made more profits with her guidance than I ever did when I invested on my own using TH-cam.

    She’s really well informed. For those that aren’t, be careful to check if you have your life and critical as additional or combined. People often think it’s a “all as one” but could have life policy separate to a critical illness. Though with a lot of providers it be one or the other. Really great video overall.

    Nice video..
    Iv opted for a life cover and lifetime income protection I'd rather have an income every month than a lump sum pay out critical illness offers and if I die that's where the life policy comes in..

    Any tips on how to consider various scenarios of illnesses and period to return to work. How should one with a comfortable employer sick leave policy and emergency fund approach income protection?

      I suggest you arrange to speak to an adviser for clarification about this. I'd be happy to help. You can book a free meeting in on my Instagram page.

    hi I've been paying £30 a month for past 3 years thats almost over £1000 by now and thankfully I didn't had any health issues even during the pandemic but recently been thinking about cancelling it I think it was waste of money...any advice?

    • @Louise.Fitzgerald_IFA
      @Louise.Fitzgerald_IFA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's great that you've not needed to claim on your policy, but if you do cancel it you won't be able to claim anything if you're unable to work due to accident or illness. In addition, if you decide to take out a new policy later on it's likely to be more expensive as you'll be older.

    Nice video.
    Do you think people should look at a policy, which would cover their monthly costs or for the maximum payout?

      Thanks for watching. For income protection the insurer will cover a percentage of your salary so the amount of cover you can secure will be dictated by that.

    Really well done video. Very easy to follow so thank you. It clarified some points that right now seem obvious but weren’t so much at the time. Quick question - can you make numerous claims on short term IP policy before it lapses?

    • @Louise.Fitzgerald_IFA
      @Louise.Fitzgerald_IFA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching! Yes, it is possible to make multiple claims on a short term policy, but be sure to check the terms of the policy as each provider has different terms and conditions.

    life insurance can pay my mortgage?

    • @Louise.Fitzgerald_IFA
      @Louise.Fitzgerald_IFA  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Life insurance payouts can be used for whatever purpose you like. Though there are specific policies to cover mortgages that may be more suitable if that is your goal.

    Lets suppose I got bored working and get myself fired and never went back to work, would they pay till the mortgage ends?

    • @Louise.Fitzgerald_IFA
      @Louise.Fitzgerald_IFA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm afraid not. Income protection only pays out if you are unable to work due to illness/sickness/injury.

      I'm in the proces of buying a property and I'm hesitant about income cover because the term is obviously very long and many personal circumstances change over the years which need to be rigourosly reported and updated in order for the insurance to be valid. So plenty of oportunities to miss reporting something. I had bad experience with one (car) insurance provider.
