BUT to answer your question it's just not typically something people want to see displayed, it's like having your fleshy gross poop filled colon outside of your body, it's unappealing.

@oldmandan3884 the only difference is the thing holding my poo is on the outside of my body not the inside but it's still attached to me. It's about as close a comparison as you can get. It's showing there's nothing disgusting about having an ostomy bag at all
