This is the German Wheel (AKA: Rhonrad; AKA: Gym Wheel). This act was performed in the 2014 Gamma Phi Circus. Gamma Phi is the longest running collegiate circus in the world. It will soon celebrate its 90th anniversary at Illinois State University.
