Subhanallah, this is so surreal for me right now. I was having this same type of issue a couple of hours ago. I remembered a few situations where I was wronged and the anger just got a hold of me and I started thinking really bad thoughts. Something told me to go pray and afterwards I just calmed down and my perspective really changed, where I started to see how ridiculous I was being over something that was really trivial and inconsequential.
