Yes everyone is saying they are grape leaves not ,maple leaves 😆😆 I'm sure you all are correct... we just don't have those here so maple leaf was the first thing we both thought of 😂
i think the blue plate is grape vines... but true they look like maple leaf!!! What a great haul, i loved the leather bracelets, great finds!

The flow blue plate is Swedish and the pattern is “vinranka” and it means grapevines,, so It’s sadly not maple leafs.
😆😆 Didn't even occur to me that they might be grape vines!! LOL Not something we have a lot of where we live.. so maple leaves was the go-to for my brain hahahahaha Did I mention we are NOT experts! LOL

Great jewelleryhaul! I recently got lucky in a goodwill, and bought a little ring with 3 good sized, white stones.... Turns out, the ring is 14ct white gold, so now I need to get to a jewellery store and have the stones looked at 😃😃😃
That is awesome! Doubtful they'd stick fake stones in 14k white gold so you PROBABLY have a really nice diamond ring there!!! 🤞🤞🤞

Leather bracelet can be used as a can koozie. Lol it maybe too small but the tall narrow one might work. I repurpose everything. That’s why I have way too much stuff. Can let go and still finding treasures.

first sale - the green dish was a Tupperware grater. My mom always used to grate cabbage and carrots for coleslaw.

That silver bracelet looked like it had black onyx too!! I would have loved to see that baby pocket knife opened...lol! Oh and it was pink of all colors...lol. Really enjoyed this haul!

Great video! Love watching and it gives me inspiration. I have a rule I use when I run into a jewelry situation like this: ask them if there is more, then when you find that silver and good costume, you ask how much for all of it. Guy was 10 for a full bag. He will give a good price on all. This way you get all the good pieces for even less. And you sell the rest to cover the cost on total purchase. As well you get done much faster and no one else can creep in. You won't miss any of the good pieces there either. I love bulk buys. Usually ppl will make a deal. I usually end up with everything I wanted for free after I sell the rest. Cheers!!
Great suggestion!! I think in the future when we open an online shop we would do something like that... for now we are mostly collectors documenting our collecting... but I DO see how that would be a great way to do it... even just selling the leftovers locally on a buy/sell app... 👍👍
For sure! I use this technique for almost all of my buying if I can. Pretty much everything in my collection is free at this point. Even though I do collect, there is almost always something or things you can buy to sell to pay for what you want. Always keep that angle. You both hit so many sales and I'm sure you have networks for every area of collecting. Even though you may not like something someone else will :) Profits everywhere! Again, love the videos!! Yes I had no idea onyx came in colors other than black!! Learn somethin' new... 😆 I believe they probably have some value... not much here tho.. things like that are plentiful here, and shipping from Canada is so expensive it would eat up any profit (like $30+ to ship those anywhere)

Hi!! No we are not officially married, altho you may have noticed rings on our fingers..... We had custom wedding rings made about 12 years ago.... Karen came across them a couple years ago while spring cleaning, we still had them tucked away... she said "We should just wear there" and I was like "OK." 😆😆😆
