Loved your vids , however..........Tassie is colder than most of the rest of Australia but at least we have definite seasons ....Turns out lots of Queenslanders are relocating to Tasmania for the reason to get out of the continuous heat...TV story on that recently...Glad you had some great times though in our little State ...
Wait until your here in June July mainly. Minus temps most mornings. I'm a born bred two headed Tasmanian. Good to see you enjoyed your time here. We have a mountain bike race from the north esk memorial to the top of Ben Lomond every April via some 4wd tracks and then climbing along the road for 10 or 15 clicks up Jacobs ladder to the village.
Wow that would be a hectic ride, we would love to come back and do more hikes/bike rides... Perhaps the next lap around. You're very lucky to call Tassie home. Thanks for watching 🤙
@@Sparkysontheloose it certainly is I'm done 2 and half times myself. I certainly am lucky to live the only limiting factor of where I go is work and my Subaru Forester. She'll go a lot of places but not down the Montezuma track. If want a decent walk out the back of Queenstown you have the Kelly's basin walk. Can be wet underfoot but well worth the hike in terms of mining town history.
Just rewatched all your tassie videos. Great job guys. We are about to head down for a few months and after watching your vids we have plenty of ideas on what to do. Although unfortunately we will not take our caravan with us. Thanks again for going to the effort of making such awesome videos for us to watch.
I remember the Spirit of Tasmania.....rough seas with big 5 meter waves hitting the ship on a 45 degree angle causing pitch and roll combined. Had a cabin and barely got any sleep that night. I think next time i'll fly over and hire a car! Cheaper, much quicker, more comfortable. But that's me LOL.
Gday Guys, Always look forward to your new vids, reminds me of the good ol days. Grampians fantastic place tis in my neck of the woods. keep the vids coming, safe travels. Cheers
Hey guys love the videos, great watching all your adventures I some day hope to be on. I know you’ve probably touched on this before but just curious what camera you use ? Thanks guys safe travels
We use the DJI Mavic pro for aerials. GoPro 3 + 4 for action shots. Nikkon D3200 for good shots and camera phones for interesting shots(night shots, slow mo etc)

Cool video guys. That ‘Kangaroo’ at Cataract Gorge was actually a Red-Necked Wallaby 😃

That drive up the hill to test the gear box was intimidating! I've heard Tasmania is like New Zealand - cold weather :P
Tassie, Such a beautiful place but a little too windy and cold for us.
Sparkys on the loose yeah sounds like NZ hahaha
