AC70 looks good. Currently, it’s $500 at Amazon. I’m pulling a trigger if the Black Friday price dips to $400. Do I need it? No. But, I don’t remember when was the last time I bought a battery pack because I really needed one 😂.

Hi Michelle, our channel really caters to beginners may be intermediate viewers. We really don’t cover efficiency in our videos maybe one day. no bi directional USB and the EB3A is still current to my knowledge. Thanks for watching
Picked up my AC70 for $379 off amazon a couple days ago - been looking for a good smaller power station with a 1000W inverter. I will point out to everyone, however, that unless it's absolutely necessary to charge in turbo mode I would charge in either standard or silent mode. Constantly charging in turbo mode in less to a 1:1 ratio to this battery is absolutely going to shorten the life of the battery pack significantly.
Bluetti 600W (EB3A) does not charge, low power, due to an 80 W solar panel of an unknown manufacturer (the solar panel produces and stably produces 12V at 1.5A) which I managed to purchase for half the price. Tell me whether it is worth buying such a device: Step-up voltage converter LTC1871 with a built-in voltmeter DC-DC from 3.5-30V to 3.5-30V 6A Help me decide to buy it or not? Will charging work with such a device?
On Amazon just the unit itself cost $399 with the 120 watt solar panel it cost $599 with the 200 watts solar panel it costs $749 and with the 350 solar panel it cost $1,548
Don’t know off the top of my head, we did a video a while back in that link will be below if you want to check it out , same battery chemistry definitely more power. I like the EB70s but that external power brick kills me, th-cam.com/video/pdw-huZZXFk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=1XWR4o8NjYUZS4gA
I know I would’ve liked to have wireless charging also. Concerning DC , it’s much more efficient than using AC. When you plug something into an outlet using AC the AC inverter also uses power, that doesn’t happen when you use DC so you can actually get more runtime. Like using the car charger or the USB ports.
@@TechMadeEzy What's frustrating is I have a Model X with a giant battery and can't use it (like the Cybertruck). I wonder what I can run off the regular small battery tho (lithium). Cuz I think the car will feed TO the small battery. I think. Picked up Ego 400w inverter just cuz 7.5/5 batteries sitting idle.. storm coming this week 'maybe'. But still wanting to get 'something'. I have weird strong feelings Chicagoland is going to take a hit this spring/summer. Can't shake it.
@@TechMadeEzy Thank you, I'll have to learn what I can power (and cabling issues) with DC. I'd be very curious what you have personally if you had one go-to to choose from

Glad they changed 8mm barrel to xt
What’s the efficiency?
Is it bidirectional charging ?
Why did they do away with EB3A?

Good advice thank you
@@TechMadeEzy No problem. I know this is a big selling point but the turbo charging is not without its caveats.
How does it compare to Pecron 600LFP as far as power goes. I know this Bluetti AC70 has more features but Pecron is only $299.
I am still sad about Brooklyn
😢
are they phasing out the eb 70?
Don’t know maybe check with Bluetti

Darn - why doesn't have wireless charging on top? GRRR. that would've been perfect.
IDK what the benefit of 'dc output' is

lol. It's not 3000 cycles and then it goes to 80%. It's at 80% of original capacity by the time it's cycled 3000 times.
