I'm Maltese and I still found this funny. Highly offensive (!!!) but still funny. BTW, don't believe Crow, our men are very manly and we held our own on many occasions throughout history. Go on Wiki and search "Siege of Malta (1565)" and "Siege of Malta (World War II)" for a couple of examples.
One of the few funny parts of this episode. (Final Justice was, after all, a Joe Don Baker flick; sometimes the movie is so bad it can't be riffed on.)

Crow's Thoughts On Maltese Men remind me of my thoughts on Taiwanese Men. Oh, but I kid this little Asian country that taught me Mandarin Chinese... :)
