they had 3 days pre-beta test last week. There is no blue any more, which is very good for priest .

My only hope for this game is simple. I hope each piece of gear looks different. If I get cloth gloves of green trees I don’t want it to be a set skin that’s the same as cloth gloves of red nova or whatever. Each weapon I pick up to look a little different and what not. Will make the game feel more immersive
for me i love that the gears randomly drop from raids as long as they dont limit the entry of the dungeons that is what you want from a mmo dungeon/boss /gear hunt/farm
That is right, because if you get what you wanted in the dungeon so easely, the dungeon will be lack of matchmaking, because after people got what they wanted in 1 run, they stop matchmaking and going onto the next dungeon for another gears, i like it when the dungeon gave random drops rather fix one, and of course, as long as there is no limitation for the entry
As an experienced hard core raider, 2-3 seasons should actually be enough for most players just above the casual 1-3 hour sessions. Where it is not enough is for those who log 8+ hours each day and rush to endgame. For majority of players that's not always feasible. Endgame content only makes up a small percentage of what is actually available in the whole game. Gamers need to understand that studios aim to develop for casual players or just above that. I couldn't imagine trying to accommodate game content for hard core players, they would never be satisfied.
I remember when Aion was released, everyone complained that it was too grindy, it was too hard to obtain gear, took too long to find groups, etc. Honestly, I enjoyed the grind. It made long group focused play tolerable outside of dungeons. It seems to be extremely hard to find that middle ground that satisfies both sides these days in MMOs.
@spid I recall you mentioned that you will be playing the nightcrow global game once it releases and it is sort of the same time the tarislan beta, what happend with that game you showed interest in the past?
I understand what you're saying about RNG and a bit of it is just fine. What devs (and players) need to think about is some people have loads of time to play and others do not. Finding the balance is the more difficult part.

Are you sure season means the new "low level" gear will be almost as good as previous season end-game loot gear ? Or does it mean it's season-based characters as we see in games like Diablo or Last Epoch ?

You need Chinese number through QQ or wechat
There is still RNG with gear sets. Filling the spots and matching your spec will not be RNG, but getting the gear sets with the right attributes and aptitude buffs will be absurdly random as they have 3 attributes now also. So progressing item level will not be RNG but progressing your overall gear strength will be.

I lost the hype for this game already, took to long to release, whenever i read the news its always about money(p2w) issues, even tho they said its f2p friendly bullsh*t, and what's not fun is Chinese players always ahead of us that is not fair
Tarisland and Warzone mobile are both slow as crap. If I knew it was going to take this long I'd done bought a laptop and started playing wow again.

Im normally fine with cosmetic micro transactions, but it seems like 95% of the armor/outfits are cash shop, that kinda kills a lot of hype for me as i love getting gear drops that change appearance and making transmogs

There isn't even an open world PVP arena and at the same time people's expectation was that there would be two enemy races
i just hope that pvp will stay in battlegrounds-like only....not a fan of open world pvp in a pay to win game...a guild vs guild in an instanced zone is welcome but not in open world...being pked by whales over and over again is not fun at all even if you're in a guild or even strong one.....so that a big no for me...
3 Seasons a year is great, The only people worried about content drought are youtubers and streamers who would rather spend all their time on 1 game. You are the problem here, You need to spend more time on more games instead of draining one game until you declare it dead with no content. Honestly ruining MMO's one game at a time with your mindset.

I dont know how theyll do these seasons but in wow the seasons kinda make your gear and progress feel useless to me because it just resets on every new season. So not a big fan of any seasonal game, i prefer the more korean style of permanent progression but maybe not as grindy as those games.
