    Ingredients:
    2 ripe mangoes
    1 red bell pepper
    1 carrot
    1/2 red onion

    1 red chili (optional)
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp sesame oil
