I agree. I'm watching the "3 Mile Island" documentary on Netflix about the nuclear meltdown in US History in 1979. And the drama seems to be the alarm bells going off inside the control room... and the coverup by the executives after the fact. But no explosion, no dramatic footage. Seems like a nuclear meltdown is basically a big poison pill which dissolves into the Earth and slowly kills people who live in that area. Still super interesting.
They can ‘never’ explode, however it is going to seep into the ground and affect ground water for decades if not hundreds of years. However I’m only talking about this iteration. If there were flaws and it wasn’t the proper materials/design it can explode i.e Chernobyl.
@@itz__ahana_ nobody makes that type of reactor anymore and only the USSR ever built those types of reactors. And just so you know, it didn't have a nuclear explosion anyway, just a thermal explosion which was not significant. The explosion itself didn't even kill any of the plant's workers.
I agree with ed. she is not telling the truth as not to panic.Makes it sound like it would just rest underground.I think that shit will blow once it heats up the ground water.
And how exactly would that "shit" blow? Shit is not exactly flammable, nevermind explosive. See what I did there? I used the same level of knowledge you employed in your comment.
@@Reginald12 lol you wish, think I care about what people say on youtube? Why do you think its takes months or years for me to respond? That alone should tell you how many fucks I give 😂
But of all my time watching the simpsons a meltdown seems a bit more dramatic than that

@@vejet You waited 4 years to respond to them. Your knowledge was in vain and only served as a snobby "high" for your ego.
@@Reginald12 And you waited a whole year to respond to me, your point being exactly... hypocrite much?
@@vejet You still waited 4 years. So I did somewhat the same to annoy your ass, and it worked 😊

Yes but it's shitty without plutonium, it's not strong enough for fusion and heating water.
@@Zackislivid thats why u use it with some plutonium
I don't think this is accurate. the containment vessel is breached. Metldown has occured
