Malaysia calls for UN veto abolition

Malaysia has urged for the elimination of the veto held by the five permanent members of the UN Security Council.
The country emphasised this change is crucial, especially in situations involving “mass atrocity crimes such as genocide, crimes against humanity or war crimes.”
