It depends on which country you are applying from. In some countries, you need to upload photo but if you are applying from India you don't need to upload photo.

There is not much difference. You can rely on that. There are couple of more added tips here but if you understand the first video - you should be fine.

@@NotesFromDanish brother on ds160 form there is two rows. 1=visa calss; which they give options b1b2. There is no b2 pr b1 specific. So I choose b1b2, after that On the 2nd row they ask specifi se visa . I choosed B2. Then I creat account in account for appointment I choosed b2.. So now I am confused. Is this will be problem or not.i hope u will understand my question

We apply from Karnataka and when we start ds 160, there is no option with India, Karnataka. So Ihow will I choose India,xxx?

India doesn't have specifically any National Identity card - but Aadhar is being used as alternative for that. You can use Aadhar number.
