Sir, one thing i did not submitted the DS 160 form should i take appointment if i use application ID and when i get the conslor appointment. then can i submit the form, is it possible or firstly i will submit the form, kindly suggest me.
You need to submit the form before taking an appointment. Do not proceed without completing ds160.
Also, my father passed away in 2016. My mother is alive. How should i enter father name.
Plz disable the father option in ds160 if expired.

Hi. Write your given name in the surename box, and write FNU in the given name box, ...... if only given name is there in your Travel document and no surname mentioned.

Ds160 should be filled and completed before making a fee,
If it's in editing mode, it will be valid until 30 days.
Suggestion
Plz fill and complete ds160 before making the fee and mention the same ds160 number while making the profile for making a fee payment
Question 1: Where to give the middle name, is the Given Name the first name?
2: If the daughter is an immediate relative, do we still have to give son in-law as a relative?
3: Do we need to give separate email id for father and mother?
In pp surname and given will be there, so no middle name required in ds160.
Son in law is other relatives

Please go to the official website for Ds160 Form filling, find the link in the description, fill out the new form, and save it. It will be valid for 30 days after saving form
How to create payment slip
Thanks for the message,, plz go to usvisascheduling.com and sign up create profile, than start application give all the details, go to payment page and select cash payment and create payment slip, or you can pay by upi also as its a easy method and immediately it will be updated in portal and then take the appointment
