Is the Water Sprite or the Jelly Fish tower better?

The water sprite is a utility tower, not designed for big damage output. The Jelly is a pure damage tower, so very different in their uses.

Today I got ignite 300 enemies. Got that done in 2 waves. Lol
If I had planned it out, I would have used my balista and got it done in 1 wave. Lol
