V-CHIP, or VPIP, stands for "voluntarily put in pot" and is basically your calls and raises pre-flop, and steal attempts is when you raise from the BUTTON, CUT OFF, or SMALL BLIND when action is folded to you. They are stats to help you understand how aggressive someone is, also giving you an idea of their hand range. Very useful stats IMO...

K7 offsuit is about 30% odds of beating QQ if you put the money in preflop. Schwarz is mad because calling any raises with K7 offsuit preflop is bad play, Laak was lucky his odds were that good, against most other hands Schwartz could have there he would be miles behind (AK for example crushes K7). Schwartz then made his bad luck even worse by betting too big on the river, you decide whether to call or not mostly based on pot odds (amount you have to pay vs amount you will win, and how often you will win in that spot to make the call worthwhile). Because Schwartz bet too big he was getting extremely good odds to call, but he knows Laak knows that, so he also knows Laak wouldn't have made the bet unless he was certain he had him beat and has to fold even though he's getting a good price to call. The rant is mostly because Laak is playing badly but because he's hitting his cards he still wins anyway 😬.
That river bet by Schwartz makes literally zero sense. Like, he was just bombing the pot to bomb the pot, with no thought given to what the point of the bet was supposed to be. He bet so much that only a K or boat could call and then whines about his luck when his dumbass bet backfired.
