Is it possible to combine clamp and tube on a frame and brace (walk thru frame style)? I need to cantilever over roof line (can't put weigh on the stub roof).
You had problem getting them stairs in cos you kicked the 1st haki standards to them butts…kick off the haki stairs separate from ya tube and fitting job but on line with standards ..the haki stairs will go in without a problem…tie haki and tube and fitting together lastly
Brother Iv built about 1200 of these stairs on 1 single site alone the stairs was actually bent so we used a ratchet to prise it in place off camera trust me mate I never have a problem soon as I started recording I noticed it was bent where people throw them from the top so the arm is bent Iv got plenty more videos to show how easy I build them.and also when your working with someone who doesn’t really build them just makes it a struggle. I said to the lad who was helping me in the last ten years I have been building them I have never struggled that much in my life and I just happened to be recording but I will listen to what people have to say so thank you for your advice😁
@@ScaffManJones i know what you mean im running a site with 3 apprentices 1 just passed and ive never been so stressed in the 14 years working as a scaff i would be better on the site by myself 🤣
There’s no possible way you could fit a board on that inside without punching all the legs up like a loading bay like I use to do which is way too much work, thats why I fill it with a couple of tube (which I hate doing looks rough) then have 2 boards end to end clipped down over the tube but they have been removed to start the lift I could go to town onit if I wanted to mate but what’s the point 😁
Your inside boards hard to the wall at other side if you had given yourself 3inch in inside other side would be the same no I’m not trying to knock you constructive criticism my freind it’s how we getter better@@ScaffManJones
It’s not poor basing out its in between 2 gable walls so the measurements are what they are. They could have had a small gap at both gables and may have looked tidier but done it there way with no gap at all=safer
like those stairs great idea instead of ladders i wondered who put those stairs up very fast well done guys thanks for showing how they are put up.

As in frame and brace scaffolding mate?and if so it all depends on the thickness of the frame your using?
