    I plant cassava on my farm. I process into Gari (toasted granules) which you can pour into hot water and drink or into hot water, and eat with soups, also process into flours, and also into wet form called fufu. You can pour the flours in boiling water, stir to cook well.

    I am indigenous Montagnard Jarai Bahanar.. Central highland what they called today central highland Vietnam we platted cassava before we eaten all the time today the forest land take over by Vietnam we lost all property
