In this scenario, the goal cannot count if the player was offside when he scored. Since the player received a second yellow card for taking off his shirt during the celebration, he would still be sent off even after the goal is disallowed. The decision to show him the red card was based on the violation of the rules, which remains valid regardless of the offside call after VAR review. The red card would stand, and the player would be dismissed from the game.
