Hi Taylor, worth checking those rear 90 joints you mentioned were rubbing on the 9mm belts. You might have the the wrong way around and need to rotate them 180.
I did an umbilical mount and ran my CAN cable across, under the back extrusion, then down through the cable gland on that back right side, without going behind the motor mount. The extension wires do, but not the CAN. It works fine.
When I did the motor wiring the possibility of the wires rubbing really bugged me. I ended up using the U shape channel mount to hold the wires in the channel. It barely clears the belts, but it'll prevent wiring issues. This does mean I needed to find a new way to mount the front panel for the Clicky-Clack door but I like having a barrier for the wiring.
