@@Chiefvera We need to deemphasise government. There is more profit today in human capital than oil. The only thing that is slowing my investment in Nigeria is insecurity. Nigerian youth are among the smartest and creative in the world. I have a degree in computer science, music, liberal arts, and currently enrolled a post graduate data science and analytics program. I have several years of IT and software engineering experience. By God's grace, if the political climate stabilizes, I intend to plant an innovation hub somewhere in the east.

Set up the best zoo ever, in Enugu, get animals from Yankari, Zimbabwe etc. Make the city the neatest city, with pipe borne water, embark on urban renewal, attract more higher institutions around, relocate coal camp spare market to a mega area, etc. But ugwuanyi is just snoring. Enugu was the capital of East Central state and so many Igbo elite saw the need to have a presence there. The situation of UNN in Enugu state, which is the cradle of Igbo intellectual power, meant that Enugu became the defacto city of choice for Igbo elite. Fortunately, successive administration's have continued to maintain as well as enhance the city's plan so the children of Igbo elite and alumni of schools such as UNN, living in the diaspora, see Enugu as the most livable city in the south east. What Enugu needs is more investment in parks and recreation to consolidate its booming real estate sector. The water problem is actually a business opportunity for investors. These days around the world, even in developed countries, there is less dependence on government. Private individuals are even funding space exploration.
